Ithaca, N.Y. – The Ithaca Bombers men’s cross country team competed in the John Reif Memorial Run Friday at Cornell.  The Bombers were led by freshman Corey Schallek (Belfast/Northport, Maine) who finished in fifth place overall with a time of 17:20.

 

Also finishing in the top 10 for Ithaca were freshman Danny George (Walter Johnson/Bethesda, Md.) in seventh place with a time of 17:34, freshman Kyle Miller (Liverpool/Liverpool) who finished in 17:40 for eighth place overall and Junior Steve Desmond (Nelson/Burlington, Ontario) who finished ninth overall with a time of 17:40.

 

The Bombers next stop on the schedule is the NYSCTC championship at Hamilton on November fifth.
